Bio-feedback is a method we use both in therapy and that we also provide as a computer tool to purchase, to be used by oneself at home.

The Healing Rhythms Guided Training Program.

The program is computer-based and self instructing. With the program you will train your abilities to control your mental and physiological state and through this you will become able to increase your sense of well-being, reduce effects of stress, decrease anxiety, etc. The program is controlled by special sensors lightly fastened to one hand's index, middle and ring finger.

The training program is in 15 steps, in three different categories. You are led through the program, partly by audio recordings of leading experts like Deepak Chopra, Dean Ornish, Andrew Weil and others, and partly through exercises where you will activate both your physiological and mental states. The steps are in three categories: Self-discovery, Create Your Well-being, Develop Your Life Skills.

During the exercises you can, whenever you want, follow your bio-feedback data on a graphical presentation of Skin Conductance Level (SCL), Heart Rate and Heart Rate Variability (HRV). Just observing these measurement gives a training effect.
