Zoom is a service that provides voice- and video calling over the web. Software from the provider needs to be downloaded and installed, but both the software and the communication with another person's computer are free of charge.

(Voice calls to telephones cost, but at a substantially lower rate than the telephone companies'.)

To participate in a coaching group over web video you do not need Zoom Premium, as PsykosyntesForum has a subscription on this service.
